Changes to the Terms of Service due to the online questionnaire feature

‘Anapatalk’ and ‘Affiliated Hospital’ perform the following tasks.
Provide information on goods or services
Brokering transactions such as delivery, exchange, and refund between ‘Anapatalk’ and ‘Affiliated Hospital’ and consumers.
Other tasks determined by ‘Anapatalk’ and ‘Affiliated Hospital’
The use of the service is possible immediately after the company’s approval to use the service.
In principle, the service usage time shall be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (00:00–24:00), except when it is impossible due to the company’s business or technology.
However, for reasons such as regular inspection of service facilities, the Company may divide the service into specific scopes and set separate dates and times.
‘Anapatalk’ and ‘Affiliated Hospital’ shall immediately announce the contents of the goods and services to be provided by the contract to be concluded in the future and the date of provision in the place where the current goods are posted, specifying the quality or technical specifications of the goods.
If ‘Anapatalk’ and ‘Affiliated Hospital’ change the contents of the service contracted with the user to provide for reasons such as out-of-stock of goods or changes in technical specifications, the reason shall be immediately notified to the address where the user can be notified.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, ‘Anapatalk’ and ‘Affiliated Hospital’ shall each compensate the user for any damages suffered by the user due to this.
However, this shall not apply if ‘Anapatalk’ and ‘Affiliated Hospital’ prove that there is no intention or negligence.
